Lindsay Sunhendra Jap is currently the Lead Data Scientist for TikTok E-commerce at ByteDance, having started in June 2024. Lindsay has served as a part-time Data Science and Analytics Instructor at Vertical Institute since December 2019, where Lindsay became the first woman instructor in the Data Science and Data Analytics Bootcamp and trained GovTech employees across various government ministries. In addition, Lindsay is a volunteer Python Lead Instructor for Lindsay Sunhendra Loves Data, focusing on curriculum development and teaching beginner to intermediate Python courses. Lindsay has held various roles, including Lead Instructor at Algolese, Content Creator for Alcott Global Academy, and Incentives Domain Analytics Lead at Delivery Hero, overseeing significant data analytics projects. Previous experience includes a Senior BI Analyst position at SEPHORA and a Digital Analyst role at Aviva. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Mathematical Sciences, specializing in Business Analytics, with a Minor in Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
