Martin Medrano has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Martin began their career at Reynolds and Reynolds Company as a Systems Administrator, Desktop Support Technician, and Data Center Operator. In 2016, they joined Global Healthcare Alliance as a Network Analyst, where they restructured and implemented AV software to end-user and server environment, assisted with building new application servers in cloud infrastructure, and provided level 2 help desk support. In 2017, they were employed by both Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as an Azure Administrator II and MarketechCorp as a Support Specialist, where they acted as Tier 1 application support for an Internet faxing solution to U.S. based customers.

Martin Medrano attended Lone Star College from 2007 to 2010, where they studied General Studies. Prior to that, they attended the University of Houston from 2002 to 2003, also studying General Studies.
