David M. Wilson has been working in the software development field since 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Etech Global Services as a Software Developer and Systems Administrator I. During this time, they were instrumental in the design and implementation of "Nomad", an innovative agent control and monitoring software, and enabled real-time queue reporting by developing software that interfaces with the Siemens Ensercle dialer. Additionally, they provided support for the primary domestic data/contact center, corporate offices / training facility, and multiple secondary contact centers, as well as remote users, including international contact centers. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Entrance | Custom Software and SharePoint Consulting for the Energy Industry as a Software Consultant. During this time, they maintained and improved SpreadBoss, a pipeline logistics application, created the Pups module, which allows for maintaining traceability when joints are cut, and made enhancements to and performed remediation/bug fixes of several other SpreadBoss modules (Pre-Stage Import, DJ Welding, Field Welding, Coating). Since 2014, they have been working at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they customize software to adapt and expand the capabilities of Shaw’s Collections and Recovery applications, updates, enhances, and performs remediation (bug fixes) to the Collections and Recovery applications, and integrates third-party predictive dialers with Shaw Collections (Avaya, LiveVox, InContact).
David M. Wilson attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1999 to 2007, where they studied Computer Science. In 2014, they obtained the Microsoft Specialist: Programming in C# certification from Microsoft. In 2019, they obtained the Triplebyte certified Generalist Software Engineer certification from Triplebyte, as well as the ASP.NET Core: Test-Driven Development and Docker for .NET Developers with Visual Studio certifications from Lynda.com.
