Joel Hughes has over three decades of experience in supply chain technology and customer service, primarily with Shaw Industries, where Joel has held various leadership roles since 1985, including Vice President of Supply Chain Technology and VP of Business Solutions for Global Supply Chain since 2011. Prior to joining Shaw, Joel Hughes worked as a Systems Analyst in Financial Services at Burroughs Corp. Joel Hughes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University between 1980 and 1984.
