Jamie Ziegler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise CX Strategy at Shaw Industries since December 2022, Jamie has held several significant roles, including Senior Director of Digital Transformation and VoC at Hunter Douglas, Inc., and Sr. Director of Strategy for the Customer Experience Division at Convergys. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Experience at VMware and Vice President of Sales for North America at Allegiance (now MaritzCX). Jamie's career began at J.D. Edwards, where a role as Director of Customer Advocacy was held. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Colorado.
