Danielle Zaragoza is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and tax law. Currently serving as a Partner at Shartsis Friese LLP since October 2013, Danielle has also held the position of Of Counsel. Previously, Danielle worked as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from June 2008 to September 2013, and at Heller Ehrman from November 2005 to May 2008, as well as at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from September 2003 to October 2005. Danielle earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law from 2000 to 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC San Diego between 1995 and 1998.
