Matthew Finley is an experienced music educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from West Virginia University. Currently serving as Band Director at Brown County Jr. High School and Brown County High School since 2018 and 2017 respectively, Matthew also works as a substitute teacher for Monongalia County Schools. Additionally, Matthew instructs Low Brass and Baritone/Tenor Saxophone for Brooke High School and Morgantown High School's summer programs since 2014. Previous experience includes student teaching internships at University High School and Skyview Elementary School, along with a leadership role in the WVU Mountaineer Marching Band. Matthew's diverse background in music education showcases adaptability, strong instructional techniques, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
