Lee Needham is an experienced educator with a background in special education and early childhood teaching. Serving as a Special Education Teacher at Monongalia County Schools since September 2019, Lee has previously held roles such as Owner and Director at Discovery Depot Early Learning Center from January 2015 to April 2022, and Early Childhood Special Education Teacher at Clark County School District from September 2007 to June 2010. Lee's journey in education began as a Lead Teacher at 4 Kids Early Learning Center from 2006 to 2007. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Bethany College and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from PennWest California.
