William Ontiveros currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at SharpeSoft, Inc. since October 2019, while also holding a position on the Strategic Advisory Board of San Diego Teen Challenge since March 2018, contributing to the ministry's mission of life transformation. Previously, William acted as Senior Project Manager at VIKING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION, INC. and worked as a Construction Consultant for Upstate Construction for over a decade, focusing on improving efficiencies and profitability in the construction sector. Additionally, William served as Executive Vice President at REIG Companies, Inc. and has extensive educational background and mentorship from the construction industry, with degrees from Yuba College and California State University-Sacramento, complemented by practical experience termed "Blisters, Blood And Sweat" in construction management.
