Kristy McDermott serves as the Vice President of Sales and Commercial Processes for North America at Sharper Shape Inc. since June 2021. With a career spanning several leadership roles, Kristy previously worked as a Director at Myriad Advisor Solutions from August 2019 to May 2021 and as a Partner at OTT Strategic Partners, LLC, from October 2018 to August 2019, where the focus was on supporting telecom and technology companies in management, sales, and innovation. Prior to that, Kristy was the President of Aureon Contact Center from June 2016 to August 2018, overseeing strategic and operational performance. Additional roles include Vice President of Products & Services at Aureon Technology (January 2013 - June 2016), Manager of Market Expansion at Iowa Network Services (September 2010 - January 2013), Director of Regulatory Affairs at iWireless (June 2009 - September 2010), and Vice President at Long Lines (1997 - 2009). Kristy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa (1983 - 1987).
