Majid Al Qassimi is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in animal health and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at SOMA MATER and a Board Member at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Majid has co-founded People's Coffee Trading and Finyal Media, a pioneering production company focused on podcast content for young Arabs in MENA. Previous roles include advising the Ministers of Climate Change and Environment in the UAE and directing animal health and development initiatives at the federal level. Majid has also held positions as a board member in several organizations, including the Emirates International Accreditation Center and the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture, and has directed terrestrial biodiversity efforts at the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi. Majid holds a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Szent István Egyetem.
