Nagma Mehboob is a Human Resources Specialist at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa) since July 2023, responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and headhunting candidates. Previously, Nagma served as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Gargash Group from May 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruitment, developing hiring strategies, and enhancing the employer brand across various sectors. Additionally, Nagma worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Natuzzi for a brief period in 2022 and as a Human Resources Consultant at Eminent Management Consultancies from January 2020 to December 2021, focusing on compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Nagma holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Heriot-Watt University, complemented by a strong educational background that includes a High School Diploma in Business/Commerce.
