Jona Mol is currently serving as the Waarnemend Manager Functieafdeling at Certe since November 2023, overseeing a team of 35 FTE within the Eerstelijns Diensten division. As a co-founder of FiveSteps since February 2021, Jona is dedicated to enhancing mental resilience in organizations. Jona has also been providing interim management, process guidance, and care innovation services since March 2018 as the owner of an independent practice. In addition, Jona is a guest lecturer for GZ-psychologists at Opleidingsinstituut PPO and participates as a member of the coöperatie Sharepeople. Previous roles include process facilitator at GGZ Friesland and various interim management positions at Lentis and GGZ Centraal, where responsibilities included organizational development and the implementation of network psychiatry. Jona's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Management in the Care sector and Social Studies, along with vocational training in Social Community Work.
