Hajnalka Ekler has a diverse range of work experience. Hajnalka started their career as a Software Testing Engineer C++ Trainee at evosoft in 2018. Hajnalka then worked as an Assistant Research Fellow at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from February 2018 to February 2019. Following that, they became an Assistant Professor at the same university from March 2019 to January 2021. In 2020, they joined Consteel Software as a C++ Software Engineer, where they contributed to the core C++ software stack with a focus on UI improvements and code quality. Hajnalka also organized social activities and team events during their time there. Currently, Hajnalka is working at Shapr3D as a Junior Software Engineer, starting in March 2022.

Hajnalka Ekler completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Earth Sciences - Geoinformatics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Geoinformatics from the same institution from 2013 to 2015. Hajnalka'sundergraduate studies took place from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering also from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in MATLAB Onramp from MathWorks in August 2018 and in C++ Tutorial course from SoloLearn in January 2017.
