Rea Ben-Gad is an accomplished professional in the engineering and maintenance sectors, currently serving as Deputy Manager of the Technical Division at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rea held the position of Director of Maintenance and Operation for the South district in the Rolling Stock division at Israel Railways Ltd. from September 2016 to August 2022. In a previous tenure at ICL Group, Rea was the Central Maintenance Manager as well as the Department Manager overseeing the Machinery and Piping department and also managed the Maintenance Department at the Compacting Plant. Rea holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2008.
