Rob Hemsley has extensive experience in software development and research, currently serving as Software Lead at Shaper since May 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher at MIT Media Lab from September 2011 to April 2014, where Rob focused on Information Ecology, and an internship at IDEO in 2013. Rob's career began as a Student Researcher at BT in 2009, followed by roles as a Software Engineer at Cardiff University in 2010 and a Systems Engineer at BT from August 2010 to August 2011. Rob obtained an MS in Media Arts and Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2013 and a BSc in Computer Science from Cardiff University from 2007 to 2010.
