Thomas Hodge has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas started their career at General Motors Moraine Assembly in 1997 as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker, where they ensured the dimensional integrity of automated assembly cells and collaborated with engineering to troubleshoot and repair assembly line issues. In 2008, they became the owner and president of Absolute CNC Machining until 2021. In this role, they managed all aspects of the business.
In 2021, Thomas joined Faxon Machining as a Program Manager, overseeing projects throughout the machining and manufacturing processes. Thomas communicated with customers, generated project schedules, and handled quality control. Later in 2021, they joined Rhinestahl Advanced Manufacturing Group as a Manufacturing Technical Manager. In this role, they implemented standard operating procedures for the company's component supply chain venture and acted as the primary technical point of contact for Aerospace and Defense customers. Thomas also contributed to strategic planning and industry advancements.

Thomas Hodge obtained a Trade Certificate in Machining, Tooling, and Manufacturing from Sinclair Community College in 1992, where they completed their studies in 1993. Thomas later pursued a Journeyman Toolmaker certification in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician at the same institution from 1997 to 2001.
