Rosanna MacKeller has a comprehensive work history that spans over three decades. Rosanna began their career in 1988 as an Administrative Assistant at AmeriBank, where they worked for seven years. In 1995, they joined Engine Power Components Inc. as an Office Assistant, a role they held for two years. In 2002, Rosanna joined Shape Corp. as an Inside Sales Administrator, and later transitioned to the role of Account Financial Manager in 2012. Rosanna has been with Shape Corp. for at least nine years, and their tenure in this company is ongoing.

Rosanna MacKeller attended Baker College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Improving Your Thinking" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
