Grace TenBrock's work experience starts with their current role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Shape Corp. which began in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Intern at the Center for Technology & Training from October 2018 to April 2022, where they analyzed road load restriction data, conducted research and wrote articles on civil engineering topics, and compiled road millage data.

Grace also gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at ABC Group, Undercar Products Group Inc. in May 2021 to August 2021. In June 2020 to August 2020, Grace worked as a Final Assembly Manufacturing Intern at Gentex Corporation, where they implemented a color coding system for changeovers and investigated scrap practices.

Additionally, they served as a Solution Development Intern at Dematic from May 2019 to August 2019. In this role, they developed and drew conveyor paths using CAD, tested cost variables for a faster quoting process, and compiled data for customer quotes.

Starting in April 2018, Grace worked as part of the production staff at Cusack Music, where they assembled circuit boards, reorganized inventory during a company move, and conducted quality control testing on circuit boards.

Grace TenBrock obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2022.
