Framroz Bharucha has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an intern at Bharat Forge Ltd, where they performed 3D simulations, analyzed components for thermo-mechanical loads, and optimized designs using FEA. At The University of Texas at Arlington, from 2014 to 2015, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant. In this role, they likely contributed to research projects. From 2016 to 2020, Bharucha worked at Optimal CAE Inc on-site at Ford Motor Company. They held the position of Product Engineer, responsible for underbody component and system development for multiple vehicle projects. They collaborated with various departments and used CAD to complete cost, weight, and timing studies. From January 2021 to May 2022, they transitioned to the role of Design Release Engineer at the same company. This position involved reviewing components, generating improvement ideas, and exploring cost and weight reduction opportunities. Bharucha's most recent position is as a Product Development Engineer at Shape Corp., starting in July 2022.

Framroz Bharucha began their education at J.N.Petit Technical High School in Pune from 1997 to 2007, where they obtained their SSC degree. Framroz then attended Nowrosjee Wadia College from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. Framroz continued their studies at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2014, they pursued further education at The University of Texas at Arlington, completing a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, they enrolled at Oakland University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering.
