Mike Grimm is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership positions across various industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer for North America at Shanying International Holdings Co., LTD since September 2021, Mike oversees the North American business unit and Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC. Previously, Mike held roles including Vice President Operations for the North America Packaging Division at DS Smith, where responsibilities included operational oversight of multiple manufacturing plants, and President and CEO at American Eagle Paper Mills, a leading producer of recycled paper. Mike's career includes significant contributions at North American Communications and Seton Company, where leadership spanned across operations, engineering, and technology. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, along with executive education credentials from The Wharton School and Harvard University.
