Dennis Wagner possesses over three decades of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Shanty Creek Resorts since November 2018, Dennis previously held the position of Saucier/Butcher at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa from November 2002 to November 2018, where responsibilities included providing soups, meats, and sauces for various outlets and banquet functions. Prior to this, Dennis worked as Dining Room Manager at Shanty Creek Resorts from April 1991 to October 2002, excelling in various Front of the House roles and training staff in those positions. Dennis holds an Associate of Science degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Northwestern Michigan College, earned between 1990 and 1992.
