Lindsay Cross has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lindsay is currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Brand Integrity at Shannex Incorporated, where they lead brand governance and development to ensure consistent positioning and an exceptional resident experience. Prior to this, Lindsay worked at CUA, a full-service banking institution, as the Director of Brand and Partnership Development, overseeing brand strategy, corporate research, communications, and community impact. Lindsay also held the role of Manager of Marketing and Community Impact at CUA. Lindsay has experience in the academic sector as well, having worked as a Faculty Member and Brand & Integrated Marketing Specialist at Mount Saint Vincent University. Additionally, they served as a Faculty (Casual) at Nova Scotia Community College, teaching marketing and communications courses. Lindsay's early career includes roles as an Event Producer at ZedEvents, where they managed various events for clients across sectors, and as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at Eye Catch Signs Limited, leading communication and marketing initiatives.

Lindsay Cross has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began their undergraduate studies at Acadia University, majoring in Political Science. Lindsay successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005.

Afterwards, Lindsay pursued further education in the field of Public Relations. From 2005 to 2006, they attended Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations (ADpPR).

In 2012, Lindsay further enhanced their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Relations at Mount Saint Vincent University. Lindsay successfully completed this program in 2015.

Seeking to broaden their expertise beyond their primary field, Lindsay enrolled in a Finance course at Saint Mary's University in 2017. The course, called "Finance for the Non-Financial Manager," provided their with a general understanding of finance.

In addition to their formal education, Lindsay also obtained a certification in research ethics. In July 2014, they completed the "Tri-Council Policy Statement: Course on Research Ethics (TCPS 2: CORE)" offered by the Government of Canada.

From this information, it can be deduced that Lindsay has a strong academic background in Public Relations, with a Bachelor's degree, an Advanced Diploma, and a Master's Degree.
