Raymond Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager at Shangri-La Group since June 2021, Raymond previously held the role of Manager in the same field. At K11 Concepts Limited, Raymond advanced from Assistant Manager to lead initiatives in strategic planning, project management, functional reviews, and market analysis. Prior experience at Accenture includes roles as Consultant and Consulting Analyst, where Raymond focused on customer experience strategy and process design.
