Currently serving as CEO Asia at CX University since September 2024, Sidney focuses on enhancing revenue and profits through customer experience training. as Chairman of HBC since February 2001, Sidney oversees process transformation and technology deployment. Additionally, Sidney is a Board Member of The Ireland Funds, contributing to the organization's mission of funding innovative work in Ireland, and serves as HK Postgraduate Advisory Board Chairman at the University of South Australia, advocating for sustainable economic development via high-quality education. As an Adjunct Professor and Board Director at Shanghai University since April 2010, Sidney mentors MBA students in achieving their goals.
