Chen Shen serves as the Sourcing and Product Development Manager at Shanghai Tang since July 2020, where responsibilities include executing sourcing strategies and managing product development projects for Shanghai Tang Home. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Buyer at The Beast, overseeing buying operations for various sales channels and engaging in business development. Additionally, an Assistant Buyer position was held at HeChen Trends Co., Ltd., and an Advertising Intern role at 浙江电视台 provided foundational experience in marketing. Chen Shen holds a Master’s Degree in International Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from Zhejiang Gongshang University.
