Riley Xiao is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Shanghai International Group (SIG) - Real Power Capital, where responsibilities include project and industry analysis across manufacturing, consumer, agriculture, and clean tech, as well as pre-screening over 150 business plans since August 2011. Previously, Riley worked as an Analyst at Hony Capital, focusing on evaluating early-stage investment opportunities and performing due diligence activities from December 2009 to July 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Auditor at EY, where substantial audit procedures were carried out, and key audit reports were drafted for various projects between September 2007 and November 2009. Riley holds a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University, obtained in 2007.
