Haley Merritt is an experienced professional with a strong background in managerial roles and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Shane's Rib Shack since July 2017, Haley focuses on employee motivation and guest experience. Previous experience includes Co Manager at Cookout and Assistant Manager at Village Theatre Inc., alongside a role at Village Theatre Inc. as Box Office staff. In addition, Haley worked as an Office Assistant at Berry College while pursuing education. Haley holds a Bachelor of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Education with a concentration in Trumpet from Berry College, completed in 2014.
