Laurena Dowdell has served as an Accounting Clerk and Customer Service Team Lead at Shamrock Labels since January 2018. Prior to that, Laurena worked as a Customer Service Representative at Republic Services from November 2016 to September 2017. Before their role at Republic Services, Laurena was in customer service at Home Depot from November 2007 to December 2016. Laurena earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014.
