Madhanraj Subramani has extensive experience in business development and sales roles. Madhanraj started their career as a Business Development Executive at MaxVal Group, Inc. in 2013, where they worked until 2014. Madhanraj then joined Pricol Technologies - Engineering By Instinct as a Business Development Executive from February 2015 to July 2015.

In 2015, Madhanraj Subramani joined Shamlatech Solutions as a Senior Business Development Executive, where they sold products and services related to web development, eCommerce, mobile apps, and online travel portals. Madhanraj also took on the additional role of Business Development Manager for Tracefood, a blockchain-based supply chain traceability solution. Madhanraj Subramani was an early adopter of selling crypto-related services and blockchain solutions. Madhanraj worked in this role until their recent promotion in May 2022 to Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager at Shamlatech Solutions, Madhanraj Subramani is responsible for working on inbound leads, gathering requirements, providing consultation and solutions to clients, managing executives for business development support, coordinating with multiple vendors, exploring new business opportunities, and handling client calls. Madhanraj primarily works with clients in the USA and UK who have requirements related to crypto, blockchain, metaverse, NFT development, and more.

Madhanraj Subramani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. Madhanraj attended this college from 2005 to 2009. Later, Madhanraj pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business at the University of Greenwich from 2011 to 2013.
