Andrew Reale has over 10 years of experience in risk management and safety. Andrew most recently worked as the Corporate Director of Risk Management at Shamin Hotels since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Risk Manager at GPM Investments, LLC from 2012 to 2017, where they managed various risk management functions including insurance procurement, claims handling, safety management, and policy development. Before that, they were the Corporate Risk and Safety Manager at MACS HOLDINGS, LLC from 2011 to 2012, where they handled insurance, risk, and safety matters for multiple business units. Andrew also worked as the Corporate Risk and Safety Manager at Goodwill of Greater Washington from 2010 to 2011, managing insurance programs and compliance audits. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of risk management including policy development, training, and vendor management.

Andrew Reale has an extensive education history. Andrew obtained their B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Safety Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Andrew then pursued further education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they earned their M.B.A. in Masters in Business Administration.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andrew has also obtained various certifications. Andrew is a Licensed Property and Casualty Risk Management Consultant, as well as a Licensed Property and Casualty Producer, both issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Bureau of Insurance. These certifications were obtained in March 2015 and May 2012, respectively.

Furthermore, Andrew holds the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) credential, awarded by the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society. Andrew is also currently pursuing the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation, although specific details about their progress in this pursuit are not provided.
