Rick O'Neill is an experienced refrigeration operations manager with a robust background in engineering and project management. Currently serving at Shambaugh & Son LP since September 2009, Rick O'Neill has held the position of Project Manager alongside their role in the national process group. Prior to this, Rick O'Neill worked as Engineering Manager at Dean Foods from January 2005 to October 2010 and spent over two decades as Chief Engineer at Crowley Foods LLC from October 1981 to December 2004. Rick O'Neill holds an Associate of Science degree from SUNY Broome Community College, earned between 1982 and 1984.
