Careen Dsouza is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Head of IT Enterprise Platforms at Shamal Holding since September 2024, Careen previously held the position of General Manager for IT Business Technologies at Sobha Realty, where responsibilities included managing IT strategies, budgets, and resources to drive innovation and efficiency. Before this role, Careen was Head of Analytics, Digital & Technology at Dubai Holding, overseeing digital transformation and enterprise applications for major entertainment assets. Careen began the career as an Assistant Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in ERP module development for GE. Careen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and furthered education through MIT Sloan Executive Education.
