Pratik Potdar, Assoc. CIPD has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pratik started their most recent role as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Business Partner at Shalina Healthcare in January 2020. Prior to this, Pratik served as the Divisional Recruiting Lead at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) from November 2016 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for delivering recruiting services, partnering with the business to design recruiting strategies, and managing bulk-hiring campaigns for niche-technical roles, among other responsibilities. Pratik's previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at ABC Consultants from August 2015 to November 2016, and as a Resourcing Specialist at DAMAC Properties from July 2014 to July 2015. Pratik also served as a Key Account Manager at Empressaria Group PLC from June 2013 to June 2014.

Pratik Potdar, Assoc. CIPD, completed their education in a range of subjects. In 2018-2019, they pursued CIPD Qualifications at the Associate Level 3 in Human Resource Practice, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Charotar University of Science & Technology (CHARUSAT), where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Pratik's educational journey began at Baroda High School (Alkapuri) from 1998 to 2009, where they completed their Higher Secondary education.
