Akshaya Meher has over three decades of experience in finance and accounting. Currently serving as the Manager of Finance & Accounts at Shalimar Paints since September 2017, Akshaya oversees the finance department at the Chennai plant. Prior to this role, Akshaya spent 18 years at AKZO NOBEL INDIA LIMITED, managing finance functions such as account finalization, profit monitoring, and internal financial controls. Akshaya's career began as an Accountant at Asian Consolidated Industries Limited in 1992 and progressed through various accounting positions, including roles at Mandusudan Nippon Limited and Munters India Limited. Akshaya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Sambalpur University.
