Robert Weddel has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Robert is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Shalestone, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, from August 2020 to August 2021, they were the Service Line Lead at Peak Oilfield Services. From November 2016 to August 2021, they worked at Select Energy Services as an Automation Operations Manager. Robert also worked as a Mechanical/Electrician at Beta Offshore from December 2015 to November 2016. Robert served as a Field Technician at GDS International, LLC from October 2013 to December 2015. From May 2001 to October 2013, Robert was a Senior Field Tech at Tesco Corporation. Robert started their career as a Roughneck at Pride Offshore from May 1999 to May 2001.

Robert Weddel attended Pine Tree High School from 1995 to 1999, where they completed their general education. Following high school, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Science at Kilgore College.
