Kelly Crandall is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and management roles across various organizations. Presently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community since November 2021, Kelly previously held the title of Director of Human Resources at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront since December 2016, and also served in dual Director and Assistant Director roles at Graves Hospitality. Kelly’s earlier career includes serving as an Area Human Resources Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and holding managerial positions at Pillar Hotels & Resorts and Target. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College.
