Nicholas Salgado has held the position of Host at Shaking Crab since May 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining environment, greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring table turnover for servers. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Cook Assistant/Back-Up at Boston Market from April 2014 to February 2020, where tasks involved maintaining kitchen supplies, preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking, and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen. Nicholas has earned a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from Berkeley College (2021-2023) and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing/Management from Berkeley College (2019-2020).
