Nurul Khairah Abdul Halim is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Shake Shack since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Executive - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Valiram from March 2022 to September 2024, and Assistant Human Resources Manager (Pre-Opening) at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott from March 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, extensive experience was gained at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel, where Nurul Khairah held various positions including Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Officer from July 2017 to April 2021. Previous roles also include Human Resources Coordinator at The Westin Kuala Lumpur and Reservations Agent at Best Western Wana Riverside Hotel. Nurul Khairah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Language Studies (Hons.) English as Professional Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
