Keyla Dalee Jones is a seasoned professional in learning and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Talent Development Specialist at Shake Shack since October 2023. Prior to this role, Keyla was the Learning Content Development Lead at Omnicom from December 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a Training Facilitator at J.Crew from October 2019 to January 2023.
