Eran Gershon is an experienced operational leader with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Shake Shack since May 2023, Gershon previously held the same position at Café Landwer and served in various roles at Strauss Group Inc. from 2009 to 2022, including Head of Operations and Service at Strauss Coffee Professional. Additional experience includes VP Operations at Burger King Corporation and Area Director at McDonald's, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multiple locations and ensuring operational profitability. Gershon began a career in event management at "דיינר קייטרינג" before pursuing higher education, earning an Executive MBA in Integrative Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Political Science and History from Tel Aviv University.
