Eddie Lau is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and corporate accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Shake Shack since July 2022, Eddie previously held key financial roles at JetBlue Airways from January 2013 to July 2022, including Financial Reporting Manager and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. Earlier career experiences include positions at KPMG as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate, as well as a Tax Intern at Meritain Health. Eddie began professional development as a Student Manager at the University at Buffalo, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit was earned. Eddie's foundational education was completed at Brooklyn Technical High School.
