Caroline Haye is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a focus on the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Shake Shack since January 2020, Caroline has previously held the position of Regional Marketing Manager in the same company. Prior to that, Caroline worked at Phase 3 Marketing and Communications as PR Director, overseeing public relations efforts from May 2018 to January 2020. Caroline began a career in communications with roles including Creator and Writer for the Pamplemousse Blog, Public Relations Intern at Green Olive Media, and Communications Intern at Habitat for Humanity. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Elon University, alongside studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
