Juan Santelices is an accomplished marketing and digital media professional with extensive experience in strategy, growth, and customer experience. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy & CX at Shake Again since August 2022, Juan has also held key positions such as Head of Growth & Partnerships at People Media and Head of Digital Media at gurú, leading diverse teams and managing substantial digital campaigns across multiple countries in Latin America. With a robust background in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development, Juan co-founded Unicornio Data to leverage data for businesses and governments, while also contributing to academia as a professor in social media and digital content management. Juan holds several degrees, including a Licentiate in Marketing and training in Growth Marketing and Fullstack Development.
