Vishal Mehta is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Shaip since November 2019, Vishal previously co-founded Meristem Remedies and HomeDelight.in, the latter aiming to dominate the on-demand service e-commerce segment. Other notable positions include Vice President at Vision Plus Security Control - India and Sr. Manager Operations at Aegis Limited, where Vishal managed call center operations for major telecom operators while focusing on profitability. Vishal’s career began as an Assistant Manager at iCall India Limited. In terms of education, Vishal is pursuing an Executive Development Programme in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from L. J. Institute of Business Administration.
