Steve Layman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial and investment sales. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at Shai Commercial Real Estate since July 2018, Steve previously held positions at NAI Ohio Equities, including roles in commercial and investment sales, and as a sales agent. From 1990 to 2008, Steve was Vice President at Anderson Layman Development Company, an investment real estate vehicle, and from 1982 to 2007, served as President of Anderson Layman Company, a commercial real estate and development firm in Newark, Ohio, which has since been absorbed by NAI Ohio Equities. Steve Layman graduated from Denison University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
