Amy Hatfield has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Farm Bureau Financial Services since January 2017. Additionally, Amy holds the position of Customer Care Representative at Shaheen Chevrolet, a role undertaken since September 2014. Amy has also worked at Sparrow Health System since October 2006 as a float patient care technician. In terms of education, Amy earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Juvenile Corrections from Lansing Community College between 2006 and 2013, and graduated from Waverly High School.
