Andrew Ferber is currently the Head of Operations at SHAFTEC AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions in manufacturing operations management at companies such as AF Services Limited, Chamberlin & Hill Castings Ltd., CALDWELL HARDWARE (UK) LIMITED, GKN Driveline, Cosworth Technology, and GKN Hardy Spicer Ltd. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Andrew has extensive expertise in interim leadership, consultancy, project management, and overseeing production, quality, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, logistics, and supply chain operations. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Central England.
