Troy Shafer II is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. As the owner and founder of Shafer Technology Solutions since August 2016, Troy leads the company while previously serving as Director of IT at Enrollment First, Inc., where oversight included the development of a proprietary benefits management system. Additional roles include IT support for the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, network administration at Eodt Technologies, and IT coordination at Astec Underground. Troy's career began as a service and support technician at Edfinancial Services and progressed through network and systems engineering for the Kentucky Department of Education. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Cumberland College.
