Eliezer Galguerra is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in site engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Site Engineer at SHAFA AL NAHDAH BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC since August 2016, Eliezer previously worked with Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included site engineering for significant projects such as the New Port Project NPP 0035 and Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi, focusing on reclamation and the installation of various structural elements. Earlier in the career, Eliezer worked as a surveyor at BINQURAYA COMPANY, specializing in oil, water, and gas pipeline projects. Eliezer holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 1997.
